Thank you for shopping with Tindahan — your trusted online Filipino grocery store in the UK.
We want you to enjoy every item you order. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.


1. Perishable and Non-Perishable Items

Most of our products are perishable food items (such as snacks, canned goods, sauces, frozen or fresh foods).
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perishable products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-perishable items (such as household goods, kitchenware, or packaged dry goods) may be eligible for return under certain conditions listed below.


2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the affected items

  • A short description of the issue

Once we review your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The product was out of stock after your order was placed

  • The product arrived damaged or spoiled

  • The wrong item was delivered and a replacement cannot be arranged

All approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Returns of Non-Perishable Items

If you purchased a non-food or non-perishable item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us first before sending it back

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing info@tindahan.co.uk or calling 07949415819.
Once an order has been shipped or prepared for delivery, we may not be able to cancel it due to the perishable nature of our goods.

7. Your Consumer Rights
